MOVEMENT 01 THE LOOKING UP

One moon.
A thousand windows.

On the fifteenth night of the eighth lunar month, the moon arrives round and bright. Across neighborhoods and coastlines, people step outside to meet it.

It is a small ritual with a wide horizon: pause, look up, and know that someone you love may be looking at the very same light.

MOVEMENT 02 THE CARRYING OF LIGHT

Make a little
room for wonder.

Paper lanterns turn an evening walk into a constellation at street level. Children lead the way; grandparents remember the shapes they carried long ago.

Every lantern is temporary. That is part of its beauty: light is something we hold for one another, then let travel on.

Cut the circle.
Pass it around.

A mooncake is made to be divided. Its careful pattern opens into smaller pieces, each one passed across a table where there is always space for one more.

Reunion is not only a place. It is an action: saving a seat, making a call, telling the old story one more time.
